APH - The Child Emperor

okay so I've been thinking this concept over for a while, sorry for that x)
young Ludwig's uniform was inspired by Kaiser Wilhelm II's uniform, who was German Emperor and King of Prussia from 1888 to 1918 (his reign ended with the revolution and abolishment of monarchy). I have to add here that usually the German Emperor bore the title of King of Prussia before being crowned as the emperor, not the other way around, so basically, Prussia was still a bit on a higher rank than the German Empire. Kinda. Which is why I still put Gilbert 'above' little Ludwig and still wearing the red cloak. Pssshhhhh, okay. I did this free to interpretation.
